Demo Day

Yesterday was demolition day and the start our rebuilding project on 12th Street. For those of you who remember, we had a tenant and their occupants burn one or our rental houses down in September.

After waiting for the house to be released from investigators and lining up the building and demolition crews, we are on track to get the place built over the next few months.

We will be replacing the old burned out home with a 3 unit apartment. It's been a huge headache jumping through all of the hoops to get this place going, but in the end, I think it will turn our nicely.

I thought it would be cool to show the job site as it progresses. Obviously, this is step one: the demolition.
