Canada Here We Come, Eh!

Sarah and I are leaving at the end of the week for Banff, Canada. This will be the our first trip north of the border. The resort we are going to is the Fairmont Banff Springs --- located in Banff National Forest. It's actually a castle type property that sits in the Rocky Mountains of Alberta Canada. It looks awesome. I was asking myself where Banff was prior to our trip plans. Banff National Forest is the most visited tourist spot in Canada (now you know that for your next trivial pursuit game).

We're really excited about getting away for a little while and seeing a small part of Canada. The resort has 5 restaurants, a bowling alley, a top 100 golf course, a 35,000 square foot spa (Sarah will enjoy this), hot springs, an indoor regular and saltwater pool, and a huge fitness center (I'll enjoy this). I hope Canada is ready for the Pigg's.

The rooms look sweet. I think Sarah will love the place because of all of the style and character of the building and its finishes.

We have some cool activities lined up already too. We have a welcome dinner at the clubhouse the evening that we arrive, we are doing a mountain and lake tour one day and a mountain view barbecue one evening. We should have some great pics when we get back.
