Respect my Authoritah!

Each year our Optimist Club sponsors a respect for law camp held in Vincennes, Indiana. The camp is ran by the Indiana State Police. They teach the kids about law enforcement and let them see and do a ton of cool stuff (rappelling, blowing things up (a bowling ball this year), scuba diving, police bomb/attack dogs......you get the picture). I drove 9 kids down this year to the camp. All the kids were between 11 and 13 years old, so you can imagine how loud the ride was. It was an hour and a half (each way) of craziness for me. Luckily, we took the Sheriff's Department van, so we had an inmate separation "wall" that prevented any of the kids from making it to the front of the van.
We had two campers get awards for leadership and an essay contest too. The camp wraps up with an awards ceremony (we had two campers get awards - one for leadership and one for an essay that was written). The kids march in to the ceremony with their squads in full formation. It's pretty cool. All in all, it was a pretty good weekend for them.

Mr. Garrison: No, that's wrong, Cartman. But don't worry. There are no stupid answers, just stupid people.
Cartman: "If drinking scotch were a paying job, Kenny's dad would be a millionaire. Did you hear me Kenny? I said your dad would be a millionaire."
