The Fridge Update

After weeks of phone calls about who was actually responsible for the food damage, Sears Holdings conceded defeat and have agreed to fully reimburse us for all food loss. This is another glorious day for The Pigg Family.

For those of you that need a refresher, I'll get you up to speed.

We had a new refrigerator. Being the crazy family that we are, we stocked it with food.
The refrigerator was acting weird, so we called for a repair man (the fridge was under warranty). The repair man came....broke the fridge completely....and the left. The food was ruined and The Pigg Family was not happy. Another repair man came (3 days later) and attempted to fix the fridge. We then replaced our food. Two days after replacing our food, our fridge craps out again. Again, The Pigg Family was not happy.
Long story short, we argued with the repair people about them breaking it and causing our food loss. They disagreed for several weeks; however, they conceded defeat after a strongly worded letter to corporate and numerous phone conversations where I reminded them each time that I thought that trained monkeys could do a better job than their employees.
