Our New Place

Sarah and I just finished up closing on our new beach cottage here in Florida. We've been looking for a place for a few months and we finally found one that we could both agree on. There are so many houses sitting and taken back by the banks here in Florida, we both agreed that it was a perfect time to buy a place and we found a great deal. (Sarah still insists we should have bought a place in Costa Rica...sometimes her ideas are bigger than my pocket book!)It's a pretty cool "cottage" style house that sits just across from the beach. Sarah says that she'll have to do a little re-decorating to make it more our style, but I think it's cool as it is.

We'll be renting it out for most of the year while we're not here; and now the part you are all wondering about...yes, family is welcome to use it!

More details when we get back. For now, we're headed out on our cruise.
