Trees for Sale

For those of you wanting (or needing) a fresh cut Christmas tree, we have them! Our Optimist Club sells trees every year as one of our biggest fundraisers. The tree lot is located at 7th and Margaret. Look for the old bread truck that has been converted to an "Optimist Cruiser". The van no longer runs, so we have one of our members who owns a towing company tow it to the site. It's awesome. Full power for a TV, heat, and plenty of rust (in case you were looking for a fresh case of tetanus). All the money we raise goes to local youth, so it is a good cause.



If you are more of the adventurous type, swing by the lot after 9 pm and feel free to pick out your tree on your own using our popular "five finger discount shoppers program". Each year, we have 5 to 10 trees stolen from the lot in the evening. Seriously, people actually steal Christmas trees. I mean, what are they doing with them? Maybe they try to take them to the pawn shop and try to get a few bucks out of them. I can hear the pawn shop conversation now....."I'll give you $2 for the scratched Elvis CD's and $4 for the Juniper Pine that's strapped to your hood."
