My first New Years Resolution 184.3

Chunker here has decided to release his first New Years Resolution.  I'll follow the trend on this one and lump myself in with the other 99% of people who say they are going to get back in shape. 
As of yesterday, I was 184.3 pounds.  Not huge, but I am way out of shape.
My plan is to drop 30 pounds over the next 3 months.  That would put me at around 155 pounds.
This is the shape that I should be in.

lost 2 lbs a week counting calories/ exercising to make up the difference.

You'll be eating at least 500 less calories a day, so eat lots of protein to make you "feel full". Tuna, oatmeal, yogurt and baked beans got me through it.

Went from 184 to 169 in 40 days. I challenge you to do the same.
