Small Businesses Need to Think Bigger!

A few things that I’ve learned about the local startup scene in the last few years: 

-The companies that I work with need to think bigger.  Think big, win big. 

-There’s tremendous value on both sides of the mentor/mentee relationship.  (I love mentoring in a conversational manner!)

-Almost anyone can be an entrepreneur, but not everyone should.  The most successful entrepreneurs that I have worked with are energizer bunnies that have tremendous work ethic and a high internal drive.
