Doing Good
For those of you wondering, dad is now home from Indy where he had surgery. He is doing well so far, but I must say that he is pretty stingy with his pain vicodin.
The hospital experience was pretty rough. More on that in a later post.
Dad is really worn out and it might be a long road to get back to where he was....so if you stop by, make sure you don't stay too long. That said, I know mom and him would love the company from anyone.
The Pigg Sty hasn't missed a beat with DeAnna running the ship and Denny and Deniese helping out. That's just one less thing for dad to worry about.
Thank you to everyone who has called, stopped by, and dropped off food. For my benefit, I would appreciate it if people would begin to bring more cookies and brownies!
