Breaking Ground

Last Saturday was a big day for Habitat For Humanity in Terre Haute, as we broke ground on the first Habitat home that will be in West Terre Haute. The home's new owner and her two daughters will have a new 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home that will be finished in the next couple of months.

The family was very excited and nervous, but most of all, happy that they will have the chance to own a new home.

For anyone wanting to volunteer, we will be working on the home on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
