"Habit Changers" Book Review

I blew through this book fairly quickly.  It's basically a list of mindful ways to improve your life, way of thinking, and personal happiness. For example, the simple act of thinking positive during hard times or when something goes wrong.
There is nothing groundbreaking or new in this book, but it does have several great actions and examples of ways to live a better, happier, and more successful life through simple actions. This book takes a "career coach" type of approach to presenting the ideas.  It was a good, quick read and could be saved as a reference.
