ISU is on a Roll and Ready to Pull a Shocker
The Indiana State University men's basketball team is on a roll. They are tied for 1st place in the Missouri Valley Conference after shocking wins over Missouri State and Creighton. The thrilling win over Creighton earned them a spot on ESPN's top plays.
Not bad considering they were picked to finish 7th in the MVC.....and this is the mascot. What is it anyway? A fox?
ISU hopes to pull off another shocker this weekend when they play the pre-season favorite Wichita State Shockers. I'm rooting for the Sycamores in this one, but it's hard to go against a team that has such great support from their female fans. I guess some fans really are willing to take one for the team.
